"I recently saw some of your great pricing on snowmobiles and atv's. Being an outdoor enthusiast and owning property just about an hour from your dealership I thought it would be worth a quick phone call to ask some very specific questions about parts. I spoke with Jim who was patient and understanding of my needs. He helped with all of my questions, one of which was extremely odd. He was quick to respond to my questions. As a result I decided to make a stop by to look at the dealership...AWESOME experience and I got a chance to meet Jim. Jim introduced me to Jason who was able to answer my questions on snowmobiles and ATV's. I was so impressed by the way the dealership treated me, I made a second trip in to purchase a snowmobile even though I have a dealership in my backyard in Green Bay it was WELL worth the drive. Jason gave me an extremely fair price and laid it all out for ME to make the decision, I felt no pressure and will make the trip or call for any service or parts needs.
